The annual Wallace Lightner Luncheon began with a conversation between two Denver business leaders, Jim Lightner and the late Jim Wallace, who were passionate about involving their peers with Colorado UpLift. A Denver-based nonprofit celebrating 40 years, Colorado UpLift builds long-term, life-changing relationships with urban youth with a vision of raising up a new generation of city leaders.
In accordance with this theme of leadership, the Wallace Lightner luncheon brings together prominent business and civic leaders from the Denver community to engage in conversations about effective and transformational leadership.
