Colorado UpLift's Teacher/Mentors show up for your student every day, in the classroom and beyond. Here is what we offer, who to reach, and where to find support when you need it.
Support That Is Close By and Consistent
Every Teacher/Mentor is embedded in your student's school. That means they already know your student, and they are there, in the building, ready to help.
One-on-One Mentoring
Regular check-ins with your student, someone who knows their name, their story, and what they are working toward.
School Resource Connection
Your Teacher/Mentor can connect your family to counselors, attendance support, and school services you may not know are available.
Family Check-Ins
When life gets hard, Teacher/Mentors show up at school, on the phone, or at your door when needed.
Community Referrals
Food, housing, health care, counseling. If your family needs it, we know who to call and we will help you get there.
School Challenge Support
Attendance, behavior, grades, conflict. Your Teacher/Mentor is an advocate for your student inside the building.
A Trusted Adult Who Stays
Not a program that rotates out. A person who knows your family and keeps showing up year after year.

A full day for the whole family: community run/walk, fitness classes, sports tournaments, local vendors, food trucks, family fun, live music and DJs, and a music concert with special guests. Where faith, fitness, and creativity move a city toward Jesus.
